One Life Your Life – Hypnotherapy in Essex

As I’ve journeyed through life, I’ve learned the importance of walking my talk. I know who I am, and I like who I’ve become. I embrace both my strengths and my slightly quirky, mad bits — they’re all part of me. I’m far from perfect (who is?), but every day I aim to be the best version of myself.

I’ve been lucky to be surrounded by strong, intelligent people — some family, others chosen. Each one has shaped the woman I am today, and their love and influence matter deeply to me.

Over time, I’ve seen just how much our inner narrative shapes our world. The way we think about our lives has a huge impact on how we live them. And let’s be honest — it’s not always a fairy tale.

That’s what inspired One Life Your Life — a space where I help people explore, release, and rewrite the stories that hold them back. I specialise in trauma-informed hypnotherapy, helping women calm anxiety, heal emotional triggers, and reconnect with confidence and calm.

At the heart of it, I’m just a regular person who’s done the inner work — and continues to do it. So if you’re ready to shift your perspective, heal from the inside out, and make lasting change, I’d love to walk that path with you.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) I combine Solution-focused Brief Therapy (a talking therapy) and hypnosis to help clients find solutions to their problems while in a relaxed state. This type of hypnotherapy is researched and evidence-based.
  • Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) Externally validated hypnotherapy diploma.
  • Diploma in Medical Hypnotherapy (DipMed): Evidence-based interventions for helping illness, pain, complex phobias, and weight issues.
  • Clients Experiencing Grief: A solution-focused approach.
  • Diploma in Gut Directed Hypnotherapy: Well-researched and effective way to reduce the symptoms of IBS.
  • Muss Rewind; Therapy to overcome PTSD and complex phobias (e.g needles and blood)
  • NLP techniques to overcome common phobias. (e.g spiders)
  • WOOP: Researched an evidence-based approach to the science of motivation.
