What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy or hypnosis represents a natural state that we regularly experience throughout the day, akin to the daydreaming state. It closely mirrors REM sleep (rapid eye movement) A crucial phase in our sleep cycle when we emotionally process events in our lives. What to expect.

I will lead you into hypnosis through straightforward instructions, such as gently closing your eyes and imagining… You retain full control,  hearing every word I speak, and actively participating in your healing journey. Get In Touch

 

How many sessions?
